Quality upgrades

Renditions the madnetwork holds that would rank above what this library has of the same recording, found while catalogs sync — matched by shared bytes or by acoustic fingerprint, never by tag text. Every quality figure here is the other node's claim about bytes we have not seen; it becomes a fact when they arrive and get re-analysed locally. Materialize fetches one through the ordinary review bucket and adds it to the recording — nothing is replaced, and dropping the old rendition stays a separate, deliberate act on the Recordings lens. Dismiss is remembered, so the next sync will not raise it again.
