v3 — Component, pages stay. The existing nav is unchanged: Files, Moderation and Trash remain separate pages (click them above), and My uploads stays on the Upload page (click Upload). Each page renders the one shared table component with its native grouping — so the only real change is that rendering is unified and Trash now has Edit.
